The polyurethane sprayed polyethylene thermal winding preinsulation pipe production line, independently developed by Huashida, is composed of three main sections: the external shot blasting and derusting collector production line, the polyurethane spraying production line, and the PE winding production line. This production line holds numerous national patents and has been rated as having a technology advanced level of 5 by a third-party standardized evaluation, indicating that it has reached the domestic leading level. It has also been awarded the first set of technical equipment in Shandong Province.

The production line utilizes a continuous spraying process, characterized by high automation, rapid production efficiency, and raw material savings. It also features an increased foaming and closed cell rate, a lower water absorption rate, trinity molding, and enhanced reliability.
